Using GMF for visualization [message #81278] |

I have been looking at GMF, GEF and Draw2d in order to create some
read-only visualization where the user is still able to re-flow the
diagram, print, zoom, possibly even make changes, such as notes, fills,
etc, but that is not updating back any model.
The data will, for the most part, come from a very hierarchical Ecore
model, designed with sub-packages.
I have tried to just generate with the GMF 2.0 some diagram but have not
been successful.
I was looking to initially use something like the design2d or geoshapes
example and add more figures and start populating them?
I am looking from ideas from the experts here.
Thanks
Alain
