Extension point org.eclipse.ui.editorActions missing [message #81046]

Hi

I've looked around and I cannot find the extension point for
org.eclipse.ui.editorActions. In the plugin org.eclipse.rap.ui there is a
schema for this extension point (editorActions.exsd), it just looks like
the extension point definition was missed from plugin.xml.
