programaticaly. However, you can programatically add an "internal"
builder that just calls or execs your native builder. Look in the
online help for more information on adding builders (Platform plugin
developer's guide > programmer's guide > Resource and workspace API >
Incremental project builders). There is also information in the online
help for programmatically adding/removing natures.
