Where is the IDE's searchpath for opening system headers? I'm able to
compile my projects, but I'd really like to be able to open system
headers from the Outline directly in the IDE.

I don't think that is a supported operation (despite the UI's insistence).
Please raise a bug to track this issue.

In case anyone is curious, it's in there as 43447. Thanks for sending me
