| TODO list broken on fresh install of PDT / Ubuntu8.04 LTS. [message #80561] | Tue, 23 September 2008 22:58 | |
| Eclipse User | | | | | Hello all, I've recently moved from WinXP to Ubuntu and finally I've got everything set up the way I like it again except...

The TODO functionality doesn't work at all in my copy of Eclipse (Europa),
my existing TODOs don't show and neither do new ones I enter. As you can
understand this isn't going to be great for my workflow so help! please!
 anyone!

I am running on Ubuntu8.04 LTS. The eclipse version I am using is 3.3.2
PDT from Zend which I simply downloaded and created a shortcut to. The
only plugin I have installed is Subclipse which I installed via Help /
Software Updates before I checked my project back out of subversion so I
don't know if TODO was broken before I installed it.

Is there something I missing here that might account for this? Some path
thing or setting? Or is there a way I might prod it into kicking back in?

Also, I seem to remember being able to hold down CTRL and click a function
name and jump straight to the function definition and that doesn't seem to
be working either (although that may just be a stray Ubuntu keybinding).

 Thanks for any responses :-)
