Associate another model file to the main diagram [message #79922]

I'm developing a UML activity diagram, where i have some input/outputPin
nodes. These nodes have a property named 'type' where i want to associate
classes or primitive types that exists in another UML class diagram.
If i load the model of that class diagram (right-click in diagram editor -
load resource) i can visualize the classes listed in 'type' property of Pin
node. What i want to do, is associate that class model in runtime, when i
create a new activity diagram.

Any ideas?
