How to observe the size of a EList with Databinding [message #787952] Wed, 01 February 2012 01:54 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi,

In my Eclipse 4 application there is a part with a search-field and a table viewer (displaying the results). The result of a search is an EObject (SearchObject) containing a EList property (searchResult). In my part-title (or in a Label) I want to Display the number of results found.
I know how I can put the result of the binding to the part-title but how can i observe the size of an EList with Databinding?

Thanks for your help!

Cheers!
Mike

I'm not sure if there's a general solution for it in the data
binding framework or if this bugzilla still applies:<br>
