How to listen to the selection in the resource Navigator [message #78295]

Hi:

how to listen (or get) the current selected resource in the resource
nevigator?

if i have a editor in my plugin, double click the resource will
automatically open the editor and pass the selected resource name to the
editor.

but my plugin doen't have a editor and want to know (listen or get) the
current selected resource in the Navigator view (when a action button is
clicked).

any help will be appreciated. thank you very much in advance.
