Associate an Association Class [message #762782] Thu, 08 December 2011 11:05 Go to next message

Hello everyone, this is probably a newbie question so please don't be too hard.

I'm using Indigo with EMF 2.7 to create some UML diagrams, just for graphical representation purposes, not to generate code at this stage. The problem I have is that I can create an Association Class but cannot associate it with an existing Association. What is that process to do so?

Thank you.

Are you using Papyrus? Use eclipse.papyrus to ask questions about it.

Hi Ed,

No, I'm not using Papyrus, just EMF 2.7.

Thanks.

EMF doesn't directly support UML nor class diagrams, so you <b>must

It looks like you're using UML Tools and there is a newsgroup for that,
but my impression is no one maintains that tool and you're better off to
use Papyrus.
