[Elver/Teneo] Hibernate Search (Apache Lucene) integration [message #73598] Mon, 05 March 2007 09:14 Go to next message

Hi,

I am using Hibernate Search with my persistent classes. Now I have to
add the necessary annotations to the generated model code afterwards. I
was wondering if it is possible to add those annotations to the datamodel
(ecore) and let the code generator add the annotations to the generated
classes automatically? Is this possible?

Thanks,

Arjen.

btw. I'm using the Elver codegen feature to generate the model code.

Hi Arjen,
Interesting feature. At this time Teneo does not generate the code (and ejb3 annotations). For the
longer term of Teneo this is in the roadmap. For Elver codegen this can certainly be an option which
is handled earlier than 'the longer term'.
Maybe it is possible to support this without using annotations in the code (would be nice as dynamic
emf would then also be covered). I need to check.

Can you enter a bugzilla feature request on Teneo for this?
