Hi,

check out the Web Tools Plug-in (WTP) from CVS. See
http://wiki.eclipse.org/CVS_Howto

Alternatively, if you have installed the source code plug-in of WTP, you
can open the Plug-Ins view, find the WTP plug-in, right-click it and
import it as source project into your workspace.
