please clarify me the following doubts.
I have downloaded eclipse version 3.0 and i have unzippped in my linux
system
I have already installed java 1.3 (SDK) on my system.
When i Run my eclipse tool with ./eclipse -vm
/home/javasnmp/jdk1.3/bin/javaw,
I get an error saying that the JVM is not recognized and execution quits
after that.
Please tell me a way to get out of this error otherwise please tell where
i will have to look for installation help documents

With Eclipse 3.0 you should at least use a 1.4.2 JDK, or in the progress
of updating better switch directly over to Tiger (1.5.0) if you can
afford it. As Eclipse 3.1 will be released within a few weeks, the
milestone builds are already able to make use of the new language features.
