Unable to create perspective [message #67335]

Hi all

I have exception when I run my RAP application, which is:
org.eclipse.ui.WorkbenchException: Unable to create perspective
'ae.salwa.rap.perspectives'. There is no corresponding perspective
extension.

My senaria is like that:
Am building my RCP and RAP plugin togather. In the build directory, the
plugin folder includes the plugin for both rap and rcp.

Can any one help me to fix my problem

Hi,

this could be caused by several different cases. One thing which happens
really often to the users is that they forgot the add all the bundles
they need to the launch configuration and thus there is really no plugin
which provides such a perspective.

Just an idea.

Thankx for your reply,

No, I add all the required plugins. but i found that the problem is that i
have conflict between "org.eclipse.ui" plugin and
"org.eclipse.ui.rap"plugin
when i build both Rap and RCP platform.
Any help to fix this problem.

Did you declare plug-in-dependencies on org.eclipse.ui and
org.eclipse.rap.ui?
No, Just org.eclipse.rap.ui

Does your launch-configuration include both plug-ins?
It includes only org.eclipse.rap.ui plugin

the problem?
