Well, I spoke to Ralph Müller in Munich at the OOP 2011, and he recommended me the Eclipse Forum as a good place to post Job Offers for Java Developers. Since we are all working with Eclipse and this is the group "Jobs and Employment" I don´t think I am too off-topic.
