how to Debug remote server through external launch? [message #647244]

hi
i have a web-application running on diffrent machine , and i want to dubug that application.
how can i use remote server?
when i click on remoteserver(external launch) , i am unable to put the server URL ? from where i can put the remote url.

Open Run->Debug Configurations
Select Remote Java Application and click the New Launch Configuration button (at the top)
From there, you can enter the host name and port
