Helios - PHP files missing from Working Set [message #644640]

When I create a working set - with no filters - I see all my PHP files (as expected) in the directory heirachy EXCEPT for the last nested directory. In this directory the PHP files are not shown in PHP Explorer even though they certainly exist in the directory.

My project is large so I really need to get working sets working!
