JRE gets included in product [message #631283]

I upgraded to latest version (RCP 3.6.1.r361) and now my Eclipse Product export wizard keeps including the full JRE. I have unchecked the option "Bundle JRE for this environment with the product", to no effect.

Has anyone experienced this behaviour?

To make things worse, I see that the JRE is also included (compressed) in a file inside <root dir>\p2\org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core\cache\binary\
Honestly I was unaware of this file before (because it was tiny, just the launcher .exe; now it's huge) and I wonder why this file ends exported inside the product tree, and if I can omit/remove it.
