Disable automatic proxy detection [message #629675]

Hi,
I am running a build on hudson.eclipse.org using Buckminster. Buckminster creates a workspace from scratch. This workspace contains a proxy setting which means that buckminster tries to use the proxy.eclipse.org to download plugins. This does not work.

It seems that the proxy configuration is done automatically by Eclipse. See also this older post where the same behavior was noticed:

Is there an option/way/configuration to prevent this automatic proxy setting?
