You just have to run your ATL transformation launch configuration in the
"Debug" mode (instead of launching it in the normal "Run" mode).
If it does not switch automatically to the Debug perspective, you have
to do it manually. Then you can debug your ATL transformation.

For what elements can I put the breakpoint? if I put it on a rule the
console say to me:

Hi Nicola,

Have you checked out the ATL debugging plugin as indicated in section
3.2.2 of the ATL Installation Guide?
