Hi,
Are there any plans to include a statement editor with the RDB
tool,similar to the one found in Rational Application Developer? I am
looking for an editor that allows me to set up relationships between
tables.

We currently do not have plans to contribute a SQL builder.

However the currently-proposed Data Tools Project definitely does plan
to contribute this, see http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/eclipse-dtp/
and the newsgroup eclipse.dtp.
