How do I move a control conveniently? [message #144627] Tue, 22 April 2008 02:02 Go to next message

To move a control I either have to:
* drag it with the mouse, or
* type a new Bounds in the Property Sheet.

If I drag the control, it always slips a few pixels. Typing a new Bounds is a nuisance. Is there some keystroke combination that can move a control left/right or up/down?

Thanks,
Eli

Select a control and then type the key "." or /. And then you can
move/resize the control by arrows

Bingo! That's great.
Are there any other tricks out there?
Any articles (besides the famous "custom widgets")
Thanks!
