Hello all,
Last period I was develop in the Websphere Studio and use Visual
Editor for develop GUI application.
I have question about process installation of the Visual Editor in Eclipse.
I download:
1. Eclipse SDK Version: 3.1.0. Java Runtime Envonment: jre1.4.2_08.
2. EMF build 2.1.0.
3. GEF Build 3.1.
4. VE-runtime-1.1.zip.
5. I install it and copy plug in into plug in folder of the Eclipse.
6. I did restart from the command line with eclipse -clean.
When I do File->New I don't see in the list below Visual class yet.
Can you help me install it please?
Thanks,

Try using the update manager instead. Install just Eclipse 3.1 SDK, then
use the Help->Manage Configurations->Find and Install...
From there select VE, EMF, and GEF.
By the way you don't need BOTH VE runtime and VE SDK. The SDK includes
the runtime. SDK gives the source too. Unless you are doing VE
extensions you don't the VE SDK.

Let me rephrase how to get the update manager, the text has changed for 3.1:
Help->Software Updates->Find and Install...->Search for new features

What do you mean by copy plugin to plugin? All you need to is unzip each
zip file into the same directory. That is the way to install the zip files.
