Connecting to Oracle 9i Rel. 9.2 with DTP and Oracle Addon [message #587355]

Hi,

we are migrating to WTP and have to deploy DTP which seems to be the
platform to stay in Eclipse. I like though the idea to extend DTP. I
found by coincindence the Oracle addon
(http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/eclipse/dtp). Oracle promised to
support version 9 and 10. the database connector sports a version 10
connector only.

I connected eclipse to a 10g database and saw a bunch of information.
Connected then thru the 10g connector to our 9i database but no
addtional information is available.

Did I miss something? Did oracle a mistake?

any help is appreciated!
