The Voice Tools Project is now LIVE at http://www.eclipse.org/vtp, and we
have an initial drop of code in the CVS repository for the VoiceXML,
CCXML, and SRGS XML editors. Feel free to check it out and provide your
feedback!

Yes, we're working on putting together a downloadable plugin build, and
we'll also include the source with that in a single ZIP (easy to keep the
build level and source level in sync that way).
In the meantime, just getting the code out there seemed to be a good first
step. Right now, the only thing you'll find in the CVS repository is the
editors, so the other components are empty (a vacuum that will hopefully
be abhorred by the nature of anxious voice developers out there).
