Hello,
there are some TM components that have minimal requirements:
* The Terminal only requires RCP and can easily be stripped down
to eRCP (basically, it needs SWT only)
* Discovery only requires EMF-core, eclipse.core.runtime and
org.eclipse.ui
* The RSE Services Layer (i.e. the plugins org.eclipse.rse.service.*)
only requires org.eclipse.core.runtime (except for dstore, which
also requires org.eclipse.ui)
Apart from these, unfortunately the current TM 2.0 still has too many
dependencies on Eclipse Platform / UI. We are working on more
componentization for TM 3.0 next year, see
