Is there a set of developer mailing lists for this project or its
subprojects yet? I've checked the project page, but perhaps missed
the reference to them.

Hi Dave,
the project is still so young that the full infrastructure is not yet in
place.
We are filling out the committer agreement now. Once that is in place,
eclipse.org will start the provisioning for all of that stuff. Legal has to
approve the form, so it could be a couple of weeks.
But we'll make sure to set up a good web page and all the resources as soon
as possible.
