Is there a Javadoc Viewer for Eclipse 3.x?

I realize that hovering over anything in the Javadoc editor
will bring up a popup with the javadoc information for
that item.

However, is there a Javadoc viewer which will show the
popup information in a viewer. For example, each time
I select something in the Outline viewer, it would be nice
to see the javadoc for it in a Javadoc viewer.

Does such a Javadoc viewer plugin exist?

Thank you for the feedback.
