I am trying to introduce myself to Eclipse Open Source projects by
participating in the Visual Editor for XML project. In order to test VEX,
I installed the 3.1 Build (Build Date: 2008-11-21) from the
http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/ website and ran Eclipse 3.5.
Eclipse runs fine, but I can't seem find the VEX editor. What am I am doing
wrong?
Thanks for your help!

One more thing, once you get it installed, you should have a new
Perspective called Document, and you can open DocBook, or DITA files
with the editor by selecting them, and say Open With->VEX XML Editor
