Is it possible in the Project Explorer to make relative link references update to reflect changes caused by moving files in or out of directories?

Specifically, I have a css file that contains relative links to background images. When I move that file to a styles directory I have to go in and fix all the background image links to reflect that change.

In DreamWeaver this link management is handled automatically, in some cases you are asked if you want to update links.
