Sorry if this topic has been previously addressed, but I can't seem to find a solution.
I've recently installed eclipse 3.6 and photran 6.0 on ubuntu 10.04 and I'm now customizing semantic highlighting for editing Fortran source. I first changed the editor background color to *black* in Window --> Prefs --> General --> Editors --> Text Editors. Foreground color is set to white. In the Fortran source editor (i.e. Window --> Prefs --> Fortran --> Editor) I've set the various semantic elements to my preferred colors.
The problem is that I cannot seem to change the color of several characters from black to a color that will contrast with the black background. These characters include parens, commas, arithmetic operators, and others.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Karl
