Following the withdrawal of Eclipse Financial and evidence in these forums,
that OFMP wasn't too active either, I took a first step and published UOMo
Financial on SVN:
http://ikayzo.org/svn/UOMo/trunk/org.eclipse.uomo.financial/
Please feel free to take a R/O browse at it.
The only external dependency is Units of Measure API and some Eclipse
artifacts including OSGi. Everything else can be found in SVN.

I'd like to hear everybody's thoughs on the module name.
Discussions with some interested parties, especially those from Agile PM and
ALM brought up exciting use cases like converting Durations to Story Point
Units and vice versa. Including Business Value which may either be an
abstract unit or concrete monetary units.
Therefore, I have the feeling, "business" instead of "financial" could be
the better name for the module/package.
