Hello there,
I just installed helios and imported my old projects, when I discovered that no Java errors are shown in the package explorer as well as in the Problems view. I changed zero settings, just imported some old source folders into freshly created projects.
I use the packing "Eclipse for RCP/RAP"

Is auto-build on? Did you rebuild? Maybe a JRE is missing?
