Please help. Debugging updates to my RCP app [message #543552]

I have configured my RCP to use the p2 update feature org.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui.

When I run the RCP app inside the Eclispe IDE and select Help > Install New Software... I get:

"Cannot complete the request. This installation has not been configured properly for Software Updates."

This poses a problem for me because I need to debug my RCP app when I install new plugins.

How can I create a Runtime Configuration that supports installing software updates??

There's a checkbox on the launch configuration>Configuration tab.
