Eclipse "Intellisense" not accessible anymore [message #540029] Mon, 14 June 2010 12:00 Go to next message

Hi,

Because I couldn't debug anymore I had to re-download my eclipse version (galileo, for Linux x64). Although debugging works now, it now fails to do any completion tasks or "intellisense" work, autocompletion of include files or context menu for objects/methods. Is there any way to get this functionality back?

cheers

Try to rebuild your index (context menu of project).

There is no option for rebuilding the index, at least not in any menu I can find (especially not in the project menu)

- Select your project in the project explorer
- right click with the mouse (context menu!)
- choose Index->Rebuild
