I need advice - about Perspective and folder size or ratio [message #525645]

Eclipse User

I need listen to moment when user resize some view and then I need read
(ideally) new IFolderLayout ratios and save them to database.
When user login to application next day I need restore ratios from DB
and set to IFolderLayout.

Do you have some ideas ?

as far as I know, this is not supported in RCP and thus not in RAP.
There is an article that describes what perspectives are for and how
they work:

Maybe that helps a bit. You could also search the Platform/UI newsgroup
archive or ask there, maybe someone has an idea.
