Goodday,

I am single sourcing a project between RCP and RAP 1.3 and I was wondering when or even if the function page.showEditor and page.hideEditor will be implemented in the RAP environment at this moment I made it a fragment in the RCP version of my application but its a great feature for Work-flow management or even jus for a neat application. Most users do not get the idea of several different editors available in a view they them self only can start 1 editor.

Hi Martijn,

the IWorkbenchPage#showEditor( Editor.ID) and IWorkbenchPage#hideEditor(
Editor.ID) are introduced in Workbench 3.5, but RAP is still based on
Workbench 3.4 code base. I'm sorry to say, but we have no plans to
migrate the workbench code to newer version for RAP 1.3 release.
