Hello
Does Eclipse support OSGi, meaning are there any ISV plug-ins that will
allow a developer to write OSGi bundles, services or even to connect to
OSGi-enabled frameworks?

We are looking at OSGi support in the Equinox project along with a more
advanced plugin engine with reloadable plugins, enable/disable plugins, and
more. Follow up in the eclipse.technology.equinox newsgroup to learn more
and contribute.

WebSphere Studio Device Developer (WSDD) is a toolset built on Eclipse and
includes an OSGi plugin for IBM's Service Managmenet Framework (SMF).
Download WSDD and SMF from:
www.embedded.oti.com
SMF is not included in the main download, but one of the technology updates.
WSDD has its own newsgroup:
server: news.software.ibm.com
group: ibm.software.websphere.studio.device-developer
