TargetId for WTP XML Editor Popup [message #520309]

I would like to extend the WTP XML editor by making a custom action available in the editor's popup menu. I can't seem to find any documentation of what target ID I need to use in my popup menu view contribution configuration.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
