Was Maven Indexes view merged into Maven Repositories view? [message #518012]

I'm using m2e 0.10.0 on eclipse 3.4.2. The only Maven-related view I see is Maven Repositories. The m2eclipse-book (edition 0.8) sez to look for Maven Indexes, but the text seems to describe the Maven Repositories view. So, has the indexes view been merged into the repositories view?
