Hi,
I'm trying to open a build file, build.xml, in Eclipse , and I'm getting
the following error:
"An error has occured while creating this editor"
This happens in one project only (other projects have no trouble opening
ANT scripts), and with the build.xml file only (I have another build file
there, buildJ2EE.xml, which is opened just fine).
I tried removing this build.xml and replacing it with another "good" file,
closing and re-opening the project, but nothing helps - Eclipse always
breaks when I'm trying to open this file.
Any idea what's going on?
Thanks!
Marina

Can you check your error log:
Window>Show View>Other>PDE Runtime>Error Log
and report the findings related to this probem?
Also always report which Eclipse you are using :-) Help>About Eclipse
platform>Build id
Thanks

Hi, Darin,
I figured out what was wrong - one of the build tasks was calling a Jva
class with corrupted .class file...
Thanks for your response!
