File in the editor does not refresh [message #502802]

Hi All,

I have contributed my own editor on my type of file.
As sometimes the file goes out of sync, then if i press F5 the file does not refresh.Does F5 need to be handled separately in my editor from a ResourceChangedEvent?.

Please provide your inputs here.

Yes. Only text editors have this supported out-of-the-box, and
that's only when using the included document providers.
