Hi all.
Just for the record:
The problem described as quoted below means, that the delta pack features
and plugins are missing from the base location.
For every Eclipse RCP release, there is also a "delta pack" download
package available, which needs to be extracted into the base location (if
any platform specific steps are defined for the build - e.g. that a
windows executable launcher should be generated).
