How to enable Profile toolbar launch options in default perspective? [message #481357]

We currently add to our perspectives the IDebugUIConstants.LAUNCH_ACTION_SET
action set via IPageLayout.addActionSet, in our perspective's
createInitialLayout.

Now that we are contributing launch configurations for the profile mode, how
do I get the perspectives to show the profile options in the toolbar by
default?

Found out that the action set is not in IDebugUIConstants (bug!) but there
is an id for it:
"org.eclipse.debug.ui.profileActionSet"
