I created a metamodel extending UML2 metamodel to support a new
behavioral concept that I called Obs.
when I tried to create the profile representing my meta-model, I
couldn't add a declaration in the element "Class". This declaration
states that the class is prepared to use and react to the receipt of an
Obs, exactly like the existing UML2 element called "Reception" (A
reception is a declaration stating that a classifier is prepared to
react to the receipt of a signal)

documentation page (see
