rcp views, unable to load menu bar [message #448838]

Eclipse User

I have a project with a local view and toolbar. When trying to instantiate
this view from a super-plugin (rcp) using plugin.xml, everything is fine
except the toolbar does not show up. Any suggestions? Thank you. I'm using
Eclipse 3.1.2 and matching GEF.
