How to suppress the pop-up dialog box during PDE Build failure? [message #448603]

Hi,

I'm using PDE Build to automate our RCP build process and everything
works great. However, when a build failure occurs during PDE Build
(running in headless mode) a pop-up dialog box presents itself informing
that an error was encountered and instructs to look in the log file.
This is great on development machines, but it's causing our build to
hang in our "official" build environment (e.g., the dialog box appears
on the machine, and the PDE Build process doesn't return to the calling
Ant script until after "OK" has been pressed). Is there a way to
suppress this dialog box? Or is this a known bug?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a bad bug. Please file the steps you can use to recreate this problem at http://bugs.eclipse.org.

We're having an identical issue, and when I looked, I couldn't find a
bug for this, so I've created Bug 143421 for it.
