RSE can't open files in some directory, which give the RSEG1067 error [message #35843]

RSE can't open files in some directory on local file system
RSE is my favorite to open files on local and remote file system.
RSE display RSEG1067 'operation cancelled' when i open a file in some
directory
on local.
which do same for all files of the directory.

that is reported as a bug

Thanks for filing this bug. I moved it to the correct product ("Target
Management"). The bug will now be our preferred communication channel
for this issue.
