Here's a draft of some slides that present a more detailed look at
COSMOS. I'll plan on reviewing them in the community meeting on Nov 9.

I've added a zip file that has a PDF of the project creation review. I
figured this would be easier than a ppt, but will be happy to post that
as well.

Many of the slides were drawn from the architecture charts. I've
