Hello,

I want to use Mylyn not only when developing with Eclipse, but also for
all the other tasks I have. Is it possible to build a minimal Eclipse
which only contains Mylyn? How can I do that and what plugins do I need?

You have two options:

1) Build it yourself following these instructions:
