Just recently, I've been getting two messages when editing files with
Eclipse. One is "The file has been changed on the file system, do you
want to load the file from disk", usually when an editor becomes
active. The other is "The file has been changed on the file system.
Do you want to overwrite the changes?", when saving a file.

This seems to happen all the time and is really getting frustrating. I
saw an earlier post regarding this but didn't see any resolution. Does
anyone know why this might be happening all of a sudden?
